When a client establishes an appointment for an evaluation with Dr. Clancy, a confidential portal will be made available for the client through the Luminello Electronic Medical Record System. Through the portal, clients can enter demographic and payment information, fill out rating scales, complete HIPAA and other healthcare related forms, and send messages to Dr. Clancy
While Dr. Clancy does not accept health insurance, some clients are able to collect partial to full reimbursement through their health insurance carrier if they have out of network benefits. Dr. Clancy can provide a bill that clients can submit to their insurance carrier. Dr. Clancy does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Medicare will not reimburse clients for services rendered by Dr. Clancy
